shoppearlonline.com accepts Master Card, Visa, American Express, and Discover. Personal checks, money orders or cash are not accepted for online orders.

Sales Tax

Pearl is located in South Carolina, therefore all orders shipped within the state will be charged a sales tax of 7.5%. Orders shipped outside of South Carolina will not be charged sales tax.

PROCESSING AND SHIPPING

Pending credit card verification, orders placed Monday-Friday before 3pm EST will be processed and shipped that same day. All orders placed after 3pm EST will be processed and shipped the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday will be processed and shipped the following Monday or business day. Delivery times do not include Saturdays and Sundays or holidays.

All orders will be shipped via UPS and rates will be determined by the UPS estimate given when you complete the checkout process. Please note that UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

To modify or cancel an order, please email us at orders@shoppearlonline.com. Once orders have shipped no revisions or cancellations to the order can be accepted.

After an order has been processed and shipped a confirmation email will be sent with the tracking number of the order.

Every effort is made to keep stock of the inventory listed on our site current, but occasionally an item is unavailable or can become available as you are ordering. If the item ordered is out of stock shoppearlonline.com will notify you via email and refund any charges regarding the unavailable item.

Returns Policy

  • Items must be returned new, unworn, unlaundered and in their original condition and with all garment tags still attached.
  • Shoes must be returned in their original, undamaged shoebox as this is considered part of the product.
  • To ensure that your return is adequately protected in transit, we ask that you send your items to us in the original packaging provided.
  • A pre-paid UPS shipping label is provided for your convenience.
  • No postage is required upfront. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you choose another shipping method to return the merchandise, you assume responsibility for all returned items.
  • All returns are to be registered with our Return Department at returns@shoppearlonline.com. Please note that returns cannot be accepted without a Return Authorization Number. Email returns@shoppearlonline.com to request a Return Authorization Number within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • A Return Authorization Number is issued solely as a preliminary return management measure. Please note that a Return Authorization does not guarantee that a return will be accepted if the merchandise is found to be damaged or otherwise not in original condition.
  • Once assigned a Return Authorization (RA) Number, please take the package to any authorized UPS drop-off location or arrange for pick-up by calling 1-800-PICK-UPS. Items must be shipped back within 48 hours of receiving an RA number.
  • All SALE merchandise is considered FINAL SALE and is not returnable.
  • Jewelry, lingerie, and bathing suits are NOT returnable.
  • You will receive an email notifying you that your order has been received and processed.

Exchanges

Due to the select nature of our merchandise, shoppearlonline.com regrets that we cannot guarantee availability of merchandise for exchanges. Please contact returns@shoppearlonline.com for exchange assistance.

Refunds

Upon receipt of returned merchandise refunds and exchanges will be processed within 2 business days of receiving the returned merchandise and after inspection of the items. Shoppearlonline.com reserves the right to deny a refund if merchandise does not meet our return policy. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
